Delivery Policy

At Mr White Goods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing a premium delivery and setup service that ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.​​​​

• Stair-Case Fee : $25 per flight charge (payable upon delivery)

• Preparation: Customers are responsible for providing clear, safe, and accessible pathways for installation.​​

​

• Installation: Our installation service doesn't include wall-mounting dryers, connecting fridges to water lines, or installing washing machines in challenging locations.

​

• Fridges: For fridges 500L and above, we do not transport them up flights of stairs, it will be left in a safe place on ground level.​

​

• Delivery Service: Our delivery team consists of one experienced driver who will handle your appliance with care using professional equipment, including trolleys. For deliveries involving stairs, tight spaces, difficult access, or situations requiring additional lifting support, the driver may need assistance from someone on-site. If no assistance is available, the appliance will be delivered to the safest and most suitable accessible area and the delivery will be considered complete.
