Delivery Policy

At Mr White Goods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing a premium delivery and setup service that ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.​​​​

• Stair-Case Fee :  First flight $20, every additional flight $30

​

• Re-Delivery Fee:  A minimum re-delivery fee of $70 will apply if no one is available to receive the delivery during the agreed time slot. To avoid this fee, we can leave your appliance in a safe spot if you grant us permission beforehand.

• Rescheduling: Changes to the delivery day/time must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.​

​

• Preparation: Customers are responsible for providing clear, safe, and accessible pathways for installation.

​

• Appliance Placement: Our delivery team will position the appliance as per your preference, if safe to do so.

​

• Installation: Our installation service doesn't include wall-mounting dryers, connecting fridges to water lines, or installing washing machines in challenging locations.

​

• Fridge Stair Assistance: For fridges, if no one's available to help with the placement, we'll have to leave it in the most accessible spot.
